When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, organisation, work email, organisation type and your message. This website does not collect health information or test results. Tests bought for personal use are handled by MeCheck under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible partnership. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Our website and its enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep them for as long as the business relationship requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@bioxmedical.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
